1. Phạm vi1. Scope
Chính sách này mô tả cách CÔNG TY TNHH MITAMALL ("MITAMALL", "chúng tôi") thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu khi vận hành website mitamall.vn và hệ thống báo cáo nội bộ MITAMALL Report, bao gồm dữ liệu nhận được qua giao diện lập trình (API) của TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business và Shopee Open Platform. Chính sách tuân thủ Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
This policy describes how MITAMALL COMPANY LIMITED ("MITAMALL", "we") collects, uses and protects data when operating mitamall.vn and the internal reporting system MITAMALL Report, including data received through the APIs of TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business and Shopee Open Platform. It follows Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

MITAMALL Report chỉ kết nối với các gian hàng và tài khoản quảng cáo do MITAMALL sở hữu, sau khi chủ tài khoản cấp quyền. Dữ liệu đọc gồm:
MITAMALL Report connects only to shops and ad accounts owned by MITAMALL, after the account owner grants authorisation. The data read includes:
- Thông tin đơn hàng: mã đơn, sản phẩm, số lượng, giá, trạng thái, thông tin giao nhận do sàn cung cấp.
- Dữ liệu tài chính: quyết toán theo đơn, phí sàn, phí vận chuyển, hoa hồng, hoàn tiền.
- Dữ liệu sản phẩm, khuyến mãi, kho vận và hiệu quả bán hàng.
- Dữ liệu tiếp thị liên kết: đơn qua nhà sáng tạo, hàng mẫu, hiệu quả video.
- Báo cáo quảng cáo: chi phí, hiển thị, doanh thu quy đổi.
- Order data: order ID, items, quantities, prices, status and the delivery details provided by the platform.
- Financial data: per-order settlements, platform fees, shipping fees, commissions, refunds.
- Product, promotion, logistics and sales performance data.
- Affiliate data: creator-attributed orders, samples, video performance.
- Advertising reports: spend, impressions, attributed revenue.
Website mitamall.vn chỉ giới thiệu công ty, không có chức năng đặt hàng, không yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của người truy cập.
The mitamall.vn website is informational only. It takes no orders, requires no sign-up and does not collect visitors' personal data.
3. Mục đích sử dụng3. How we use data
Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng để: xử lý và đối soát đơn hàng của MITAMALL; tính doanh thu, chi phí và lợi nhuận; đánh giá hiệu quả quảng cáo và tiếp thị liên kết; lập báo cáo quản trị nội bộ. Dữ liệu cá nhân của người mua (tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ) chỉ dùng để hoàn tất và chăm sóc đơn hàng tương ứng, không dùng cho quảng cáo hay gửi tin tiếp thị.
Data is used only to process and reconcile MITAMALL's orders, compute revenue, cost and profit, measure advertising and affiliate performance, and produce internal management reports. Buyers' personal data (name, phone, address) is used only to fulfil and support the related order, never for advertising or marketing messages.
4. Lưu trữ và bảo vệ4. Storage and security
- Mọi kết nối được mã hoá bằng HTTPS/TLS.
- Khoá ứng dụng và mã truy cập (access token) được lưu dưới dạng mã hoá, không ghi vào nhật ký hệ thống.
- Chỉ nhân viên được cấp tài khoản mới truy cập; quyền truy cập được phân theo vai trò.
- Hệ thống chỉ gọi các API đọc dữ liệu đã được sàn phê duyệt.
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- App secrets and access tokens are stored encrypted and never written to logs.
- Only staff with issued accounts have access, with role-based permissions.
- The system calls only the read-only APIs approved by each platform.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu5. Data sharing
MITAMALL không bán, cho thuê, trao đổi hay chia sẻ dữ liệu nhận từ các sàn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, trừ khi cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu theo quy định pháp luật.
MITAMALL does not sell, rent, trade or share platform data with any third party, except when required by a competent authority under Vietnamese law.
6. Thời hạn lưu trữ và xoá dữ liệu6. Retention and deletion
Dữ liệu đơn hàng và tài chính được lưu trong thời gian cần cho báo cáo và nghĩa vụ kế toán, thuế theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Khi một gian hàng huỷ cấp quyền, hệ thống ngừng đồng bộ ngay và xoá mã truy cập. Có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu bằng cách gửi email tới cskh@mitamall.vn; chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
Order and financial data is kept as long as needed for reporting and for accounting and tax obligations under Vietnamese law. When a shop revokes authorisation, syncing stops immediately and its access tokens are deleted. Deletion requests can be sent to cskh@mitamall.vn and are handled within 30 days.
